Champagne Christmas Cocktail

Nothing says Christmas like Champagne, this year we're partnering up with Morrisons to showcase their award-winning champagne in this very festive cocktail. With fresh cranberries, a sprig of rosemary and champagne, it's the perfect Christmas party drink.

Tips

  • You can make the cranberry mix as far in advance as you fancy and then just leave it in the fridge to chill. We like to leave it for at least 4 hours.
  • With your rosemary, break away the bottom sprigs so the part in the drink is just stem, this will create a much neater appearance.
  • If you're not the biggest fan of cranberry or you fancy mixing it up a little, swap the cranberry juice for pomegranate instead

    • 🛒Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Morrisons The Best Etienne Leclair Brut Champagne
  • 1 box of fresh cranberries
  • 1litre of cranberry juice
  • 200ml Cointreau
  • 200ml Chambord
  • Fresh rosemary

    • 📖Method

  • In a large jug or decanter, pour your cranberry juice, Cointreau and Chambord.
  • Add in your fresh cranberries and stir it all together.
  • Set this mix aside to chill, this can be several hours in advance.
  • Garnish your glasses with a sprig of rosemary and pour half a glass of your chilled cranberry mix.
  • Top off with half a glass of Morrisons The Best Etienne Leclair Brut Champagne.
